USRC membership is based on the calendar year January 1 to December 31st. Membership Renewal fees are billed on December 15th of the previous calendar year and our due by January 15th of the new calendar year year.
To retain active membership in USRC members must submit their dues no later than January 15th or make make arrangements for late or delayed payment.
If the member fails to send in their dues in on time, the member will be suspended until payment is received. If the late payment is not received by January 31, the member will be dropped from the network.
Dues Structure:
USRC dues are based on the number of recruiters and support personnel such as project managers / researchers in the member firm.
Dues Schedule: Dues are based on the size of your organization. The amount paid is based on the honor system. If we find that you submitted the wrong amount you will be notified. You will then have two weeks to send in the additional amount. In the event you don't, you will be dropped from the membership roles:
