Who
we are and what we are about!
became a reality in
the Spring of 1996.
The US
Recruiters Network (USRN) is a service bureau dedicated
to serve independent recruiters nationwide.
USRN is not run by a profit seeking
team of investors or a pseudo association.*
USRN is more than a service bureau.
USRN is a network of recruiters
(subscribers) working together to make placements and improve their
odds of success. And, at the same time we are building a network of
peers who are willing to lend a hand or a moment to listen to fellow
recruiter.
The primary directive of the
network is to "treat others as we
would want them to treat us." During the evaluation stage
of becoming a member, prospective members who violate this basic
principle are not invited to join our organization. And, existing
members who violate this principle are weeded out of our
organization.
In building our network, USRN has
harnessed The Power of Network into a working tool. For example, The
US-Recruiters Network has a service that is not offered by any
local, regional or national networks.. That service is the ability
to ask a question to the membership and get nearly instant feedback.
Click here to see how it works.
The core group of
USRN has one common thread.
The common thread is that they all worked, prior to going out on
their own, as recruiters, corporate managers and or as
franchisees
for a large Cleveland based national recruiting firm.
A prudent investor would not invest
in a merging technology company without knowing something about the
CEO. If you agree, you might want to
